Distributor of solar inverters and solar energy storage solutions. Company is active in 23 countries.
The Event
Baltic Incentive provided full service package of the event starting from venue search till organization.
The event took place 1 full day in Riga, including conference & product presentations, as well as social programme.
We helped our client with all details that were needed for the event:
- venue search
- registration tool for participants
- printed materials
- catering through the whole day
- furniture, decorations for the event
- gifts for participants
- accommodation
The event took place in Digital Art House which has a great hall with large scale screens on 3+ walls. The guests were impressed by large scale presentations and videos.
Together with our partner we chose nice and comfortable furniture as well as decorations in company's' colors.
The programme of event consisted of official part and presentations in the venues' digital hall as well as coffee-breaks and mingling time, including DJ and a small Neon Show.
