Knitting Tour to Estonia & Latvia

The tour took place in December when our guests enjoyed not only an interesting programme but also lots of snow and beautiful winter views.

Our group arrived in Tallinn and enjoyed Tallinn in winter visiting not only popular tourist sites but also smaller handicraft workshops and a special lecture about traditional knitting in Estonia. The guests stayed in a nice centrally located hotel in the heart of the city and enjoyed nice dinner in medieval style restaurant in Tallins' Old Town.

After 2 nights in Tallinn our group continued their trip to Riga. On the way to Riga they had a stop & special interest visit in Parnu as well as they visited one of the oldest wool factories in Latvia. It was like a journey back in history.

In Riga they enjoyed another knitting workshop and special lecture of traditional knitting & handicrafts in Latvia.
