Kickoff Meeting in RIGA

Baltic Incentive Travel provided a full 4 day / 3 night Trip to Riga which combined Meeting & Activities.

DAY 1: the group arrived to Riga and enjoyed a nice dinner in one of best Rigas Restaurants

DAY 2: The group had a Meeting in the morning part.
On afternoon our group went to AirBaltic Training Centre near Riga Airport (~25 min drive) and enjoyed Cabin Crew Training & pilot training in Flight Simulator.

After the activity our guests relaxed in a charming champagne bar enjoying champagne tasting and a nice dinner afterwards.

DAY 3: On the next day the group visited Madara Cosmetics Factory - the largest eco cosmetics producer in the Baltic States. After a brief tour in the factory each guest could make his/her own face cream with favorite essential oil and received a nice gift surprise from the factory.

We continued by a nice lunch in one of most popular restaurants of Riga with a small chefs' show - painting with various sauces on the paper plate which guests could enjoy together with fresh beaked bread.

On afternoon they continued the programme by a brief walking Tour in the Old Town of Riga and a visit to Riga Central Market. Here they had a small team-building challenge: Shopping Game in Riga Central Market.

Everyone who is visiting Riga can not escape tasting Riga Black Balsam. So we took our guests to Riga Black Magic bar for tasting of this legendary drink which dates back to the 18th century and became popular after it helped to heal Russian Empress Catherine the Great when she was visiting Riga.

A nice gala dinner followed the balsam tasting.

DAY 4:  Day of departure.
