The client

FC Copenhagen is a professional Danish football club based in Copenhagen. The club is often travelling together with a group of its sponsors.

The Event

The challenge of this event was a super short timing for planning and organization of the programme. We were in contact with our partners even in late evening hours.

It included FAM / Inspection trip with the client and organization of the event.

We organized all necessary transportation for the FC Football team (team, coaches & doctor, luggage etc.), coordinator at the hotel etc.

However, the most interesting work was for the Sponsors Group. While the team prepared for the game with our FC Riga team, the Sponsors group had time to discover Riga and enjoy some activities & nice dining together:

- Lunch in a restaurant with Daugava River view and exclusive yacht trip on Daugava River with drinks & snacks on board. The weather was just perfect for such an activity. It was a hot and sunny August day and many enjoyed also swimming in the river.

- Champagne tasting in a small Champagne bar which delivered drinks directly from small wineries in France

- Exclusive transfers by old Soviet Volga cars in Riga, including transfer to Football Stadium

- Lunches & Dinners in some of best restaurants in Riga.
