Annual Distributors Meeting

The event took place in a nice SPA Hotel by the sea, ~35 min drive from Tallinn. It was an annual meeting for company's’ partners & distributors from Poland, Baltic States, Belorussia and other countries.

The event took place 3 days/ 2 nights.
Since participants arrived from various destinations and by different flights we provided all transfers by busses, cars and mini-vans.

We provided registration desk at the hotel and technical support for the conference & festive dinner, including technical equipment (monitors, lights & projectors, sound), catering, decorations as well as entertainment program.

The next day guests had a chance to participate in I-pad Orientation Game in surrounding area of Laulasmaa. It was a nice team-building activity in nature by the sea.
In afternoon everyone went for Tallinn City Tour, including beer tasting.

The last evening was on 23 June, which is Midsummer Night in Estonia. So, we organized Estonian traditional Midsummer Event in a tent by the hotel and sea with a large bone fire, barbeque dinner and a bit of Estonian music& dances.
